Hundreds gather at Tea Parties across Oregon

This year the Oregon Tea Party decided to hold several rallies across the state, with the Portland groups split up across dozens of freeway overpasses so that commuters would be sure to see them on their way home.  Fox 12 Oregon reported on it here.

Here are some pictures from our local Tea Party at an overpass outside Portland.  Earlier in the day, Victoria Taft had suggested on her radio show that conservatives who were unable to attend should turn on their lights and honk to show their support as they passed by.  We got so many flashing lights and honks you would think it was a traffic jam in NYC!

But the fight is far from over.  Now is the time for you to get involved.
