Obama Vs. Arizona: Border Wars, Round 2

So this Wednesday, Barry’s Solicitor General will be back at the Supreme Court again (they have to be getting pretty tired of seeing his mug), where he will argue that states like Arizona have no right to deal with illegal aliens. That’s federal stuff, and if they choose not to enforce our laws, well then the states just gotta suck it up and deal with it.

That didn’t go over the last time he tried it; the Court ruled that Arizona has every right to go after employers who hire illegals.

Bams lost on the Citizens United case, which caused him to come unhinged and berate the Supreme Court during his State of the Union address. Then he lost Arizona 1. And from the tenor of Judicial questioning last month, he’s on track to losing Obamacare. The upcoming Arizona 2 case has all the makings of yet another slam-dunk loss, too.

You can see why Bams wants to govern by Executive Order; this whole Constitution thing, with its Judicial branch and its Legislative branch – it gets in the way of his plans to transform the country. Whether or not he realizes it, that’s the exact intent of our Constitution. So it’s working out, even if he isn’t. You might say it’s a bitch – but then, that’d bring up the whole Pupperoni thing again, and we don’t want to go back to that.
